HOCATT stands for Hyperthermic Ozone and Carbonic Acid Transdermal Technology. It’s a multi-modality sauna that delivers a wide range of wellness therapies during one session, including ozone, steam, carbonic acid, infrared, PEMF, and oxygen therapy.
HOCATT sessions can help support detoxification, boost immune function, increase circulation, and promote faster recovery. Many clients also experience improved mental clarity, better skin tone, and a noticeable lift in energy after just a few sessions.
When you arrive, you’ll be welcomed into a private room where a team member explains the treatment and answers any questions. You’ll undress and step into the HOCATT chamber, where your body is enclosed but your head remains outside. The session begins with gentle steam and carbonic acid to open your pores, followed by ozone, far-infrared, and other selected modalities. Throughout the 25–30 minutes, you can relax while the system works to detox, oxygenate, and restore your body. Afterward, you'll towel off and rehydrate. Most clients leave feeling refreshed, energized, and clear-headed.
During the session, ozone is delivered through the skin using warm steam and carbonic acid. This opens your pores and allows ozone to interact with the body at a cellular level, supporting natural detox and regeneration.
Each session lasts about 25 to 30 minutes. You’ll have additional time for prep and recovery, but the actual treatment fits comfortably into a lunch break or wellness routine.
Clients often describe it as relaxing, warming, and rejuvenating. You’ll sit comfortably in the chamber with your head outside while steam, ozone, and other modalities work together to help your body detox and reset.
You’ll be in a private room and typically undress completely for treatment. A towel or robe is provided, and your comfort is always our priority.
The HOCATT is not recommended for pregnant individuals, anyone with unmanaged high blood pressure, acute infections, or certain cardiovascular conditions. If you’re unsure, we’re happy to help determine if it’s a safe option for you.
For general wellness and detox, most clients schedule one to two sessions per week. If you’re working on a specific goal like immune support or recovery, we’ll recommend a more tailored plan based on your needs.
